At SOURCE we personal training sessions in small groups of 3-6 people, the best and most proven way to get results and stay on track. On top of your personal training sessions can also make unlimited use of our group training sessions.
#2 Personalised training, nutrition and accountability planning
All members have access to monthly 1-2-1 in-person sessions with your personal trainer to help goal set, judge progress, perfect plans, and keep you motivated and on track.
